Prof. Akinteye is currently the Dean of Faculty at Charisma International Business School and a Professor of Finance with Charisma University, Turks and Caicos Island, British Overseas Territory. He is a visiting professor to the University of Applied Sciences, Business School of Netherlands, Monarch University Switzerland and Precious Cornerstone University, Ibadan, Nigeria. Prof. Akinteye is a member of International Faculty at SPINTELLIGENT South Africa where he leads forums and trainings in areas covering Financial Modelling for the Power Sector, Financing the Power Sector in Africa, Power Purchase Agreements, EPC Contracts and Revenue Assurance for the Power Sector. Professionally, Prof. Akinteye is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (CFIP), Certified in Cybersecurity, and Associate, Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACII), Associate, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (ACIArb), Associate, Institute of Environmental Accountants of Nigeria (AIEA), Fellow, International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professional USA and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). He is happily married with four children, Prof. Akinteye is a golfer.

Dr. Afolabi Tunmise is a renowned Dental Surgeon, a Dr. in Public Health (PHD -Health Policy & Management). He is presently the Deputy Director, Clinical & Admin St Bithias Hospital Ibadan Nigeria, and the Executive Director Relief hospital and Dental Center. He started his professional career in University of Ibadan – 2007 and graduated with Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree. Advanced to Masters in Public Health in 2012 and became a Fellow of Institute of Health Science Research & Administration, Nigeria – 2024. His love for God and his ministry also motivated him to study Masters in Christian Religion Study – 2024.
Executive Business Aquisition
Dr. Oshota S.O hails from Ogun State Nigeria, a renowned lecturer in Precious Cornerstone University, Ibadan, Nigeria 2022-till date and also works at Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research 2018-till date as a fellow. He graduated with Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Economics 2007 from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. Advanced his career with Master of Science in Economics (M.Sc) University of Ibadan, Nigeria 2011. He is presently a Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) University of Ibadan, Nigeria 2021. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ACA) Member, Nigeria Economic Society (NES). He is happily marred and blessed with children. His areas of interest are in International Trade and Finance, Development Economics, Public Finance, Energy Economics (renewable energy and environment) and Econometrics Modelling.

She started her educational career at Post Graduate Diploma in Education, Tai Solarin University, Ijagun, ijebu Ode, Nigeria (2016). A dedicated and seasoned administrator with passion for excellence and commitment to children educational development. As a proprietress she is an active member of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools and Early Childhood Association of Nigeria, Oyo State. Pst. Mrs. Akinteye Olubunmi is an ordained Pastor in the Order of the Apostles of Jesus Christ, Courtyard of Christ Light Church, Ibadan, Nigeria (2021-Date).
